How are voice and video responses analyzed on the dashboard?

The Media Count feature tracks the total number of individual media uploads per open end question. This includes open end questions where Voice or Video responses are enabled.

In the project dashboard, go to the open end question card and in the drop down, users can select the Media Count

How uploads are categorized
a. Video Recording – count and percentage of videos responses
b. Audio Recording – count and percentage of voice responses
c. Camera Photo – count and percentage of images from camera capture
d. Other Uploads – count and percentage of any other file types

Please note that each upload file is counted independently. For example, Respondent A submits 3 voice responses to the same OE question. In this case, the Audio Recording count will be 3 and not 1 (not the number of unique respondents).
