What browsers and devices are supported by inca?
Participants can access the chat (survey) through multiple devices that you will allow for your study -- Desktop, Tablet, Mobile.
If participants access the survey link using a device that is not permitted for the study, they will get a message asking them to switch to the device. For example, if a respondent uses a laptop to access the survey that is designed for Mobile and Tablet, the following message will be shown.
