How are SmartProbe credits used?
inca pricing has been updated to reflect the latest RateCard. Specifically, inca projects now come with a fixed number of SmartProbe and AI Coding credits and are pooled across inca projects within your license.
SmartProbe credits are consumed as probes are generated (including incompletes) and are tallied in real-time on your dashboard “Management Stats” page.
Calculating the number of probes
If a study has a 200 sample, includes 3 open-ended questions and the user probes for 2 of the open-ended questions then the number of probes used for that study is 400 (200 x 2).
For every unused project credit available, clients’ credits will be increased by 3000 SmartProbe requests, to reflect the number of SmartProbe credits allocated to the project. The credits are pooled across the remaining projects.
