Yes, participants can upload a photo or a video clip and users can set this up by adding an Open End question on the Question Builder.
Users can add instructions/guides to their participants to upload the image/video using the "picture" icon below:

Please note that there is a limit of 200 MB per file for each response. For each open-ended question, each respondent has a limit of 10 files, and each file can be up to 200 MB.
How to download the batch file with an image or video
Note that the inca dashboard doesn't provide any analytics related to the image or video. Users can simply download the set of photos or videos as a batch file, with the respondent ID attached.
Batch Export Multimedia Data
To download all Multimedia data uploaded by the survey participants, click Batch Export Multimedia Data on the Data Export Page

Users will see a zip file in which all the files uploaded by the survey participants across all questions in the project are saved.
In each uploaded file, the default format is QuestionLabel_QuestionID_UPLOAD_RespondentID_Sequence
For example: E2_EXPERIENCE_106099_UPLOAD_1913519_0
If multiple file is uploaded for the same question question from the same respondent, the second file will be named E2_EXPERIENCE_106099_UPLOAD_1913519_1
