Is there a limit on how much of a respondent's data the platform can collect per project?

Is there a limit on how much of a respondent's data the platform can collect per project?

Currently there are dashboard capacity limits in terms of the sample size and number of questions.

For the sample size, we set a limit of data collection to n=3000 respondents while the Question Builder allows up to 200 questions in one study.   But if you have studies with more than n=3000 sample size, please let the inca support team know so we can coordinate with our dev team for additional capacity and support.

In terms of overall dashboard capacity in media uploads, the respondent can upload up to 200 mb per file for each response. And for each Open Ended question, there is a limit of 10 files limit per open ended question, so each file/response can be up to 200 mb limit. The inca dashboard don’t have any other limits or impacts that could cause issues due to uploading a large number of audio/video files in the study, as these are stored in third-party storage and accessed only when needed from there.
