Can survey participants go back to answering an unfinished survey?
In the case that a participant shuts their computer or their wi-fi disconnects when answering the survey, then it will be seen as disconnecting from the session and will be considered a dropout but they can come back at any time to resume the survey even if they close. A participant could pick up the inca survey where they left off at any time within a month, even if they log out or shut down their laptop or mobile.
As long as participants do not access the link in an incognito/private tab which does not store sessions or wipe their device's local storage, they should be able to return to the survey on that same device.
