Main Use:

To redirect participants to a certain website/URL if they have completed or terminated the survey.

Another use case is if we want to redirect participants from the inca platform to another survey platform using a URL link.

How to set up the platform:

1. In the Questionnaire Builder page, add a new question OR insert a new question by hovering over an existing question and clicking the green (+) button (either above or below the existing question)

2. Select Redirect from the popup menu that appears.

3.  Add your instructions or prompt in the Question Text

4. Select User's Survey Progress.

  • Select Completed if we require participants to redirected if they completed the survey
  • Select Terminated if we require participants to be redirected if they are screened out of the survey
  • Select Quota if we require participants to be redirected if they are screened out because of full quota group

5. Add the Redirect URL link
