Main use:
Similar to a choice question but by default the participants can only select for a visual scale of icons: stars, hearts, thumbs up. The number of icons represents the level of agreement, importance, preference or likelihood.
How to set up the platform:
1. In the Questionnaire Builder page, add a new question OR insert a new question by hovering over an existing question and clicking the green (+) button (either above or below the existing question)

2. Select Rating from the popup menu that appears.

3. Write your question number or label in the upper box and write your question in the Question Text Box.

4. From the default options, choose the icon for display rating (heart, thumbs up or stars).
5. From the default options, choose the icon for display rating (3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

6. To give the participant a choice to not answer the question if the question is not applicable to them. You can toggle on Show not applicable option, and also edit the wording for "Not applicable" in the Not Applicable Text Box.
Other Useful Settings
To allow participants to update or change answers after submitting, toggle on Allow User Corrections.
