What is a Greeting Question?

The Greeting Question is one of the two default questions added in the Question Builder and serves as the introduction or opening greeting to your participants in the survey chat.

The first speech bubble introduces inca as the AI chatbot, so we suggest that you keep this as the first introduction

Nevertheless, you may customize these introductions on how you want to start the conversation with your participant.

You can also change Greeting text animation on the Greeting text options:

Default: The default greeting message will be different based on local time (morning/afternoon/evening)

Greeting Image: Hello

Custom Greeting Text: To add a customized greeting text, tick the Custom Greeting Text in the options and write the text greeting you require in the box.
