How to enable Multi-Turn probing in Open Ended Questions?
Multi-Turn Probing In the Question Builder, click Conversation Settings and toggle on/enable Smartprobe.
Then, toggle on/enable Multi-Turn Probing when you want to add multiple probing in a single open end question. Multi-turn probing allows you have to back-and-forth conversations up to 10 rounds.
When the multi-turn is enabled, use the dropdown button to specify how many rounds of probing you would like (minimum of two, maximum of 10) after the Prime Question.
We recommend enabling 2-3 rounds of probing for most use cases and we strongly advise providing Research Context in order to guide the conversational flow and objectives.
