How to view verbatims with profile or participant information?
In the Dashboard, Participant Info allows you to profile each participant verbatim text making each verbatim have additional context and analysis (i.e. Age, Gender, Brand Usage).
Participant Info can be seen at the end of each verbatim text across all question types with open end response:
Open End
Treeman
Guided Fantasy
Text Highlighter
Tradeoff Ranking
Image Hotspot
Video Annotation
NPS plus
How to set it up?
1. You can only use the Participant Info feature on the Report page. On the right side of the Reports page there is a panel for dashboard features including Participant Info.
2. On the dropdown, select the questions that you want to use as profile information. Select as many as you are interested in (i.e Gender, Age, Brand usage etc.). Scroll down below to see the Supported Question Types.
3. After selecting all the questions, hover over to any verbatim and all the participant information will be appended at the end of the verbatim text.
4. Users can also copy and paste each verbatims with participant information by hovering over each verbatim and clicking the copy button.
Supported Question Types that can be used as profiling variables:
- Single choice, Map, Multiple choice, Virtual question, Scale, Rating, Numeric, Popup Card, Rank Order
- Analysis Variable (Users can create Analysis Variable based on profiling variables/questions that you want to combine and show them as the participant info. Learn more about creating Analysis Variables in this article here.)
