How can I log in to the inca platform?

In setting up your inca platform account, users will receive an email from inca to activate the account. Users can sign in thru various methods:




1. Standard Sign-up and Login (using your own inca password)
 On the sign up page, users will be asked to create a password to log in along with the confirmed email address. Users can save their password every time they log in to https://inca.nexxt.in/

 Create your account by entering you details in this field -  Name, Company, (job title - optional) and Password




2. Single sign-on (SSO) *new*
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication solution that allows users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one-time user authentication. In this case, users will be allowed to log in to the inca platform using their Google and Microsoft accounts.

For new users:
User will receive an email from inca to activate the account.

On the sign up page, users can skip the password field and just directly click "Sign up with Google" (those with Google accounts) or Sign up with Microsoft (those with Microsoft account).


In the next login, users will only need to click "Continue with Google' or 'Continue with Microsoft"





For existing inca platform users:
For current users who want to log in using SSO, users should log in first using their current inca password and email, like they normally do. When users log out after that, users should be able to click "Continue with Google' or 'Continue with Microsoft" and complete the login.

Currently, inca only supports SSO from Google or Microsoft.

3. MFA (multi factor authentication, SMS based) *new*
Please note that this setting will be enabled or disabled at the tenant-level, meaning all users within the same subscription will either have MFA or none of them will.

For new users:

Step 1: Standard signup page (using your own inca password)
  1. User will receive an email from inca to activate the account and this will take you the standard sign in page. User can input their Name, Company, (job title - optional) and Password. The email and password will be saved and click Sign In.



Step 2: MFA Setup Stage
  1. In the Phone Verification page, input your mobile number and then a 6 digit verification code will be sent to your mobile. After phone number is verified, click Enable MFA to enable the two-factor authentication and complete the setup.




Step 3: Second Verification Stage
  • After enabling the MFA, the email and password will be saved and click Sign In. Users will be asked again to input a new verification code (from Nexxt Intelligence) to finally access the inca platform. 





For existing inca platform users who want to enable their MFA in their account, please inform your inca Customer Success Manager or the support team (support@nexxt.in).
- Once your account has been approved for MFA login, users will be taken to the Phone Verification page as per Step 2 above and complete the MFA setup.
