Anyone who has access to inca with an Admin or Account Manager role can invite new users to view the dashboard or to create a survey.
They can do this by going to the Home page of the portal and clicking Invite New Team Members

You can invite them as User or Guest:
Inviting User: Used for internal roles such as Admin, Account Manager, and Project Manager. These users have broader access and management capabilities.

Inviting Guest: Used for limited access. These users have restricted permissions and are often external to the organization.
Inviting a Guest is suitable for external collaborators who need to view or contribute to specific projects without full management capabilities.

Other notes:
- Cannot delete an invited user who has not accepted the invitation yet.
