What is Text Highlighter and how to set it up?

Main use:

Mainly used to gather word-by-word, phrase-by-phrase feedback on a text (mainly for testing ideas, messages, taglines, and slogans).

Participants are presented with an interactive text stimulus where they highlight a word or phrases/sentences and select whether they feel like, dislike or confused. An open-ended question is then asked to comment on the reasons for their selection.
