Main use:
This question type is mainly a filler question that can be an introduction or another chatbot conversation that does not require participants to answer. If showing media, it is mainly used to set up an image or video for participants to view, or simply show a static website.
Unlike other questions, this question does not require answers from participants and is mostly used as static content.
How to set up the platform:
1. In the Questionnaire Builder page, add a new question OR insert a new question by hovering over an existing question and clicking the green (+) button (either above or below the existing question)

2. Select Multimedia from the popup menu that appears.

3. Write your question number or label in the upper box.
4. Toggle Question Textif you want to write a filler instruction or conversation in the Question Text Box.
5. Toggle Show Mediaif you are going to show an Image or Video content. Then upload the selected media. For Images, we support PNG, JPG, and GIF. For Videos, we currently only support .mp4 and .mov formats. We enforce a 20 MB limit for each image and a 100 MB limit for each video.
6.ToggleEmbedded Linkif you are going to show a static website then copy and paste the link.
Note: If you only want one static content to show (e.g. image only), then toggle No for "Question Text" and "Embedded Link")

Other Question Settings
- To add a text or chat/speech bubble as a filler or an intro, you can also use a Multimedia question and then toggle off the Include continue button.
- To control the time of exposure of the Image you want to show to participants, toggle Hide image after timer and input the time in milliseconds.
